Handstamped on colored paper - a rectangular box of stars, inside the Royalist arms, Arabic inscription above and below the arms, two-line wording in English, YEMEN / AIRPOST beneath the arms and 10 b. in English and Arabic equivalent at the bottom on either side.

Issues from the 1963 Freedom from Hunger miniature sheet and from the unissued Red Cross Centenary series overprinted with the English word PERIODICALS and the Arabic equivalent set inside a frame. The unissued Red Cross stamps are also overprinted with new values.

Unissued Red Cross Centenary
The stamps were to be issued as overprints on the 1963 overprinted Freedom from Hunger stamps (1 b. on 4 b. and 2 b. on 6 b.) The overprints were to include 1863 the left side and 1963 on the right, a red cross on the upper left and a red crescent on the right. On the miniature sheet, the English overprint mistakenly included the wording Red Grescent for Red Crescent.
They were issued only with the PERIODICALS overprint.

Issues from the 1965 Winner of the Tokyo Olympic Games overprinted with the Mexican flag, a plane, the words AIR MAIL and the Arabic equivalent to one side, the new values covering the old values and a two-line English inscription OLYMPIC GAMES PREPARATION / MEXICO 1968 below the flag and the Arabic equivalent above the flag.
