If you are not completely satisfied,
we offer a full money-back guarantee. NOTE: Because of increases in postal
rates, we have introduced a standard mailing and handling charge of $10 on all
orders under $125. It now costs us more than $10 to mail 1kg of stamps to most
small towns in Canada, where many of our customers live. We have struggled to
find a pricing system that does not penalize customers outside the major postal
centres, and will try this system for a year to see how it works. All mailing
costs outside Canada are extra.
