The 1964 Winter Olympic Games took place in Innsbruck, Austria and lasted from 29 January to 9 February. The Boy Scout Jamoree set from 20 January 1964 was overprinted with a red shield and black lettering and was issued on 20 June 1964. The five miniature sheets, each of which had a block of four of one of the airmail values were overprinted with a red shield and blue lettering.
Of course, that was not the end of it...
Besides overprinting the aerogrammes and postal cards, the postal agency also overprinted the Boy Scout Jamboree stamps with a black shield and red lettering. (The miniature sheets also?)
